We don’t offer fixed website packages. Every project is different, and the right scope depends on what your website actually needs — not on a predefined tier.
The planner below gives you a first, realistic overview of what your project could involve, how extensive it might be, and how long the build may take. It is not a quote, but a starting point to help you understand the scale of your project.
Once we have your brief, we look at the project properly and come back with a tailored proposal and a fixed price.
What are you looking for?
More Than
Pages.
The planner gives you a starting point.
From there, the scope takes shape around
the actual work — the pages, the
functionality, the content and the
complexity of bringing it all together.
01
Scope
How much there is
A one-page website and a fifteen-page site are very different builds. More pages mean more structure, more content and more time to design, build and refine.
02
Functionality
What it has to do
A contact form is simple. A booking system, calculator, member area or interactive experience adds development, integrations and testing.
03
Content
What we are creating
If your photography, copy and visual identity are ready, we build around them. If we create them with you, they become part of the project.
04
Complexity
How much thinking it needs
Some projects are straightforward. Others need more planning, structure and problem-solving before the build can begin. The more complex the requirements, the more time they need.
Before we get
started on this
01
Can I start small
and add to it later?
Yes. A website does not have to contain everything on day one. We can build the right foundation first and add new pages, features or sections as your business grows. The important part is getting the structure right from the beginning.
02
What if I don't know exactly
what I need yet?
That’s completely fine. You don’t need to arrive with a finished brief or a list of technical requirements. We’ll work out what the website actually needs before we define the scope and price.
03
Can you work with
what I already have?
Usually, yes. Existing branding, photography, copy or even parts of an old website can all be useful starting points. We keep what works, improve what doesn’t and replace what no longer fits.
04
What happens if I change my mind
halfway through?
Small changes are part of the process. Bigger changes that affect the agreed scope are discussed and priced before we proceed. No surprises, no mysterious extra invoice at the end.
05
What happens
after launch?
You don’t have to disappear into the internet alone. If you want to make changes yourself, you can. If you’d rather have us handle updates, fixes or further development, Aftercare is there when you need it.
